Digestive Health support

You cut out dairy, gave up gluten, and eliminated your favorite desserts-

SO WHY DOES YOUR STOMACH STILL HURT?

Chances are, you have a leaky gut; and it takes more than just a strict diet to restore your GI tract to optimal health and function.

As the creator of G.I. FIX, Dr. Jason Kremer began with a vision of creating an optimal nutritional support plan for those diagnosed with leaky gut, IBS, IBD, food sensititivies, Celiac Disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity. With extensive research in the field of gastrointestinal (GI) dysfunction, Dr. Kremer quickly realized that the formulas used to treat damage caused by Celiac Disease could actually be applied to much larger percentage of the population suffering from a variety of chronic gastrointestinal and health symptoms. Understanding that the vast majority of GI issues result in inflammation, decreased immune function, poor digestion and absorption, and imbalances of the gut flora caused by so many factors in today's world and knowing that these conditions ultimately lead to additional health concerns, you can see why Dr. Kremer has become so passionate about promoting his 30 Day Digestive Wellness program to those with all forms of GI dysfunction.

In working with countless patients suffering from poor GI health, Dr. Kremer understands that healing gut does not just involve masking digestive complaints with a prescription or over-the-counter band-aid, but rather restoring the gut and entire body to optimal health. Today, there are endless sources of evidence connecting GI dysfunction to everything from IBS and intestinal discomfort to headaches, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and an overall poor quality of life. Thus, in addition to those suffering from GI dysfunction; Dr. Kremer recommends the GI FIX program to anyone suffering from autoimmune conditions, poor memory, depression, insomnia, chronic fatigue, chronic aches and pains, and really anybody seeking optimal wellness.

Considering that the GI tract is the largest organ exposed to the outside world acting as a barrier to harmful toxins; it really makes perfect sense that most of our modern day health complaints and conditions actually stem from the gut level. With the GI tract holding 80% of our entire immune system, it's easy to see why so many conditions stem from this system and why it's so crucial to have optimal GI function. Yet, in today's fast paced world, it is not uncommon for most to be exposed to at least some degree of environmental stress, poor diet or overuse of NSAIDS or other medications; all of which have been shown to promote dysfunction of the GI system.

With an unhealthy GI tract often comes poor digestion, malabsorption, nutritional deficiencies, inflammation, and dysbiosis (caused by an imbalance of healthy bacteria and gut flora). Thus, poor GI health can easily be linked to many autoimmune diseases, neurological issues, chronic joint and muscle aches, mood disorders, some cancers, and even obesity.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Today, it is estimated that between 15-20% of the general population have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) alone. According to the American Gastroenterological Association, studies show that even eight years after diagnosis, 90-98% of patients still have symptoms of IBS. All too often, these symptoms of constipation, diarrhea, bloating, gas, stomach pain, and other digestive issues are actually a sign of a much bigger problem, yet when we continually focus on the individual symptoms, we fail to see the underlying issue, which is usually GI dysfunction. Not to mention, those suffering from these GI symptoms are also frequently suffering from a variety of other (seemingly non-related) symptoms and conditions (such as the ones listed in the paragraph above). Until we begin understand why the gastrointestinal system is malfunctioning and begin treating the GI system and the body as a whole; we will continue to see increasing numbers of people with poor GI health and other health complications.

In order to effectively treat the health conditions of the 21st century, we need to look upstream at the root cause of many of today's chronic ailments by improving digestion, decreasing inflammation, reducing intestinal permeability, and balancing the flora of the gut. This is why Dr. Kremer has created an all-in-one digestive health program that addresses dietary intervention and nutritional support!

Its’ time to take your health in your own hands, to begin addressing the root of your health conditions, and to change your lifestyle and dietary choices to optimize your health and your life!
